WhatsApp is working on a new feature where you can schedule calls within group chats. Let’s know when this feature will be available for all users and how it will work.

According to a report by WAbetainfo, these features have been made available to some lucky beta testers in the WhatsApp beta for the Android 2.23.17.7 update.

Using this feature a user can schedule a call within a group and that will automatically send notifications to other participants.

WAbetainfo has shared a screenshot showing that you need to click the call button to find out if this feature is available within your group chat.

If these features are available then the users can select the call subject, call schedule date, and what type of calling they want to do voice or video etc.

After call scheduling, an event will automatically be created within the group chat where other participants can join.

All participants will receive a message before 15 minutes of the call schedule time.

These features can have many benefits like any group member can coordinate and start group discussion. Moreover, all the group members can attend the discussion for call scheduling at the time when they are available.

How convenient are these features for you and what are your views, you must tell us in the comment box.

Currently this feature is available for some lucky beta testers and it is expected that this feature will be available for all users in the next few days.
