
OPPO is going to launch a new 5G smartphone in the Indian market very soon which is the Oppo A79 in the Oppo A series. This smartphone was recently spotted on the Google Play Supported Devices list.
Earlier this smartphone was also spotted on the NBTC certification website.
MySmartPrice reported that this smartphone has been spotted on the Google Play Supported Devices list with model numbers CPH2553 and A303OP respectively.
The smartphone was earlier spotted on TDRA, IMDA, FCC, and TUV Rheinland certification websites with model number CPH2553. But this is the first time the A303OP model number has appeared in the Google Play-supported device list.
There may be different model launch programs for different markets. This smartphone is being revealed one after another on various certification websites. Maybe the smartphone will be launched in the market very soon. So let’s know what the expected specifications of the smartphone can be.
OPPO A79 specifications

The Oppo A79 5G smartphone offers a 6.72″ Full HD+ resolution display with a 90Hz refresh rate.
According to the online leak, the smartphone will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6020 processor with Mali G57 GPU.
Moreover, the smartphone can have the option of 8GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage, where a Micro SD card slot can be seen.
At the rear might have a dual rear camera setup with a 50MP Samsung ISOCELL JN1 main camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor with LED flash. There may be an 8-megapixel front camera for selfies.
The Oppo A79 can be seen with a 5000mAh battery and support for 33W SuperVOOC fast charging.
The smartphone can be run on ColorOS 13.2 which will run based on the Android 13 operating system.
