An alert has been issued by the Government of India for Google Chrome users that they should immediately update their google chrome browser to the latest version.

According to the CERT-IN team, using Google Chrome version 116.0.5845.96/.97 for Windows and Google Chrome for Mac, Linux before version 116.0.5845.96 can be at risk.
The free usage of offline, devices, networks, audio, DNS, and extensions are the reason for these vulnerabilities in Chrome, according to the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team.
