If you capture a photo or download it from anywhere, then there are many of information hidden in this photo. Which is known as photo metadata.
Image metadata includes the photo taken date, location, device name, focus, exposure, iso and many things.
If you have a photo stored on your computer, you can easily view some information about it. Simply right-click > select "Properties".
But if you really want to dive deep into the metadata of a photo, you need to use some image metadata viewer websites such as jimpl, Exif data, Verexif etc.
You have to upload the photo or enter the URL, and these handy tools will spit out a wealth of information about the image.
You should keep in mind not all the photos contain metadata. Also, image metadata can be removed. So information may not always be reliable.
