Meta-owned WhatsApp on Monday announced that it has rolled out a new stable update for iOS users.
According to WABetaInfo, whatsapp is rolling out a feature that will allow users to add call links to the calendar app.
Also says that this feature will serve as an additional reminder so that the user does not forget that they have created a link for a WhatsApp call.

When you create a call link you can click the “Add to calendar” button.
Which you can find in the same section where you create call links from the Calls tab. Only after selecting this option, the call link will be added to the Calendar app.
The new feature is available to iOS users who install the app’s latest update. To use these features make sure that your whatsapp version is updated.
Apart from the call link feature, the official changelog also mentions companion mode and the ability to automatically play GIFs.
